When does a customer become a friend? Almost always with Amy Ragsdale Designs, but the story of Donna Teitelman is especially evident. A few years ago, to celebrate her birthday (was it her 25th?) Donna scheduled an event at my Studio. She invited a dozen of her closest friends to join her for the usual cake and ice cream (make that guacamole and white wine), and she also invited her guests to bring a piece of jewelry that needed cleaning, fixing or redesigning. Needless to say, all had a great time. It’s just this kind of event in which Donna excels. Bring people together, highlighting their expertise, spreading the word and making sure everyone is happy. But she didn’t stop there. Donna continued to investigate and invest in my business. Which is my life.
You could say it’s her nature; it is definitely her self-designed job description.
As well as being a great customer and friend, Donna is a wife, a mother to two teenage boys and a writer. Her specialized niche is assisting executives in telling their story.
She combines her love of language with intense insight to showcase what makes a person unique and valuable and then, she creates an irresistible message. Magic is the result.
