Today I am going to do my best to focus on what I know.
- I know that I have four beautiful children, that I love and admire.
- I know that I am safe.
- I know a few friends who have my back.
- I know I have had a life full of grace, with moments of suffering, but ultimately it has been a fantastic ride.
Today, I am going to do my best to be kind, generous and forgiving.
Today, I am going to find silver linings.
